If you purchase a book through your Amazon account, you will probably get an email from Amazon asking you to write a review.
Anyone can write a review on Goodreads. There are two methods:

If you'd like to keep track of all the books you read, Goodreads is a great resource. (I have my own page with more than 60 books listed!) Go to Goodreads.com and create an account or sign in with Facebook. To write a review of a book you've posted, just "update progress" and click "I'm finished." That brings up a review box.

You can key in an author's name, bring up a book and give it a star rating. That will bring up a bubble that asks for a review.
